Returns + Exchanges, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

  • Returns + Exchanges

    We gladly accept exchanges on retail items. Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving item(s), and return (ship or local drop off) within 14 days of receiving item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    Buyers are responsible for return and additional exchange shipping costs.

    If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please email within 7 days of receiving item. If damage came from shipping, you must include pictures of shipping box, packing material, and damaged items. All shipping is tracked and insured through USPS, and we will begin the process to return or exchange. Damage or defective items not from shipping will be handled on a case by case basis.

  • Refunds + Cancellations

    We are unable to offer refunds on event purchases or refunds on your custom made creation from a creative class.

    You may choose to cancel your registration for an event, however we are unable to offer refunds.

    In the event of an extreme situation, please email and allow a business day to receive a response.

  • Order pick up & Shipping

    Free order pick up from studio in West Branch. NEW! $5 local drop off option.

    Shipping to US only. Estimated shipping time for USPS is 3-7 days. Free shipping over $99 will be applied automatically at checkout.

    Rush order is available for an additional fee. Please email to coordinate, and allow a business day for a response.
